Simple Vending Solution services free vending machines across all of greater Sydney — roughly 50km in every direction from the CBD. If your venue sits anywhere inside that circle, we can place, stock, and maintain a machine at zero cost to you. Here’s the full map.
Most vending machine operators in Sydney are vague about their service area. They’ll say “Sydney metro” and leave you guessing whether your warehouse in Prestons or your gym in Hornsby actually qualifies.
We don’t do that.
Here’s every zone we cover, the suburbs in each, and what to do if you’re on the edge.
Our Coverage Zones
We run five core route zones across greater Sydney. Each zone has dedicated restock days, so machine uptime doesn’t depend on how close you are to the CBD.

Suburbs We Don’t Service (Yet)
We draw the line at roughly 50km from the Sydney CBD. Here’s what falls outside:
Outside current coverage: Wollongong, Central Coast (Gosford, Wyong), Newcastle, Blue Mountains (Katoomba, Springwood), Southern Highlands (Bowral, Mittagong), Hawkesbury beyond Windsor.
Why? Route economics. A single machine in Newcastle costs more in driver time and fuel than it generates in margin. We won’t place a machine we can’t service properly.
If you’re in a border suburb — something like Leppington or Marsden Park — contact us. Route boundaries shift as we add machines in new areas.
What Matters More Than Your Suburb
Your postcode matters less than these three things:
1. Daily foot traffic. A warehouse in Prestons with 80 shift workers beats a CBD office with 15 staff. Volume drives the economics.
2. Food alternatives nearby. A factory with no café within walking distance generates more vending sales than an office above a food court. Isolation matters.
3. Venue type. Some venues just move more product. Warehouses and hospitals outperform offices per capita because people are there longer and can’t easily leave.
